Eggs benedict with holandaise sauce.
I remember the day I made this, with no proper utensils, no prior experience. There was only my iPhone and a really odd ensemble of kitchen wear to help me.
Surprisingly, it turned out okay. Maybe the sauce was a little too thick.
I've always loved creating odd combinations in my lab we usually call a kitchen. It is even better to have someone to share the joy... and taste the aftermath, after all's done. (Guinea pigs!)
