The seductions of life..

I love the sound of rain; the sight of lightning far out in the horizon. I love chill the winds impart, and the warmth hot cocoa brings. And amidst the roaring winds and the bending trees, I love how safe it feels to sit indoors and watch the world from behind the doors. A warm throw, and a good book... soft, yellow lights...and a raspy voice singing to me jazzy tunes to set the mood. Ah, I'm in love with the sweet seduction of life's simplicities.
